Are there any age limitations for the shows?

The Intimate Miracles is for ages 18 and up. There’s no profanity or offensive language in this show, but it is thematically designed and intended for the most discerning of adult audiences.
The Open Minds is for ages 13 and up.
The Family Magic Show is for ages 5 to 105. Children must be accompanied by an adult. All attendees must purchase a ticket.

How early should I arrive to the theatre?

We ask that you arrive 30 minutes before show time to allow time for parking, finding the theater and checking in at will call. The doors will close promptly at the designated show time.

There’s no late entry.

Is there a dress code?

We enforce a business casual dress code, so please dress in appropriate attire. We reserve the right to refuse admittance at our discretion.

Is the theater wheelchair accessible?

We are wheelchair accessible.

Are food & drinks allowed in the theater?

No food is allowed in the theater. Feel free to enjoy one of the many restaurants in Old Town before or after a performance.

I purchased tickets. When and where do I get them?

Tickets will be available at will-call and must be claimed 30 minutes prior to the start time of the show. Please have a valid photo ID ready.

What happens if I miss the show I purchased tickets for?

Tickets not claimed by start of show may be released with no refund or exchange.

Can we all sit together?

We’ll do our best to accommodate your party. If you have purchased tickets under different names and would like to sit together please send us an e-mail on our Contact Form with your request 24 hours prior to the performance.

Can I get a refund on unused tickets?

Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. All ticket sales are final.

Can I take pictures during the performance?

No cameras, video recorders or cell phones can be operated during the performances. Pictures & videos are only permitted before and after the show. We ask that you turn your cell phone off or activate the Airplane mode. Any violation of this or any rule may result in immediate removal from the venue, No exceptions.

Where can I park the car?

Please allow ample time to park. Paid parking is available in the lot behind the theater. Free street and Old Town parking is available. The California Department of Transportation Building has parking available as well as the Old Town Transportation Center (Trolley, Coaster, Buses), both within walking distance. Ride-sharing like Uber or Lyft is also a convenient option.

Can I host a special event at the theater?

Yes. The venue is available for private events and rentals. Use the Inquiry Form for rates and availability.
